Our Story
Board North was born from lived experience.
While scaling a business from early growth through to £18m turnover, our founder saw a familiar pattern emerge. The challenge wasn’t a lack of ambition or effort. It was a lack of clarity.
Data lived in too many places. Reporting took too long. Teams worked hard but weren’t always aligned. Decisions slowed, not because people didn’t care, but because the operating foundations hadn’t evolved with the business.
The Board North Operating System (BNOS) framework was created to address that gap, helping leadership teams build the structure, visibility and rhythm needed to grow without unnecessary friction.
